a.Usually it takes 4 weeks for a dress to be ready for shipping, Embroidered and Heavy Beaded dress takes 5-20 days more. If you need it urgently, PLS contact us first, we can rush your order.

2.How long time it takes for shipping time?

a.EMS shipping time about 10-25 days.

b. FedEx,TNT or DHL Shipping time usually about 3-7 days.

3.Do you offer custom made service?

a.Yes,we do.we can make the dress according to your measurements bust, waist, hips, arm length, armhole (pls don’t too tight), hollow to floor without shoes,height without shoes, and shoes height.)as long as you agree that final alteration might be needed for best fit.We strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional before buying any gown online.

4.Can we chose another color for the dress (design)?

a.Yes,all colors shown on our pallet are optional for you.PLS tell us the color name or color number from our chart,then we can make the dress in color you prefer.

5.If i (we) send you some pictures to show the design,can you make it for me(us) ?

a.Yes,we can make the dress according to the pictures you send us.You’d better send us high-resolution pictures with different views,so we can make it as what you expect.

Return Policy
1. All dresses are made or come with margins for altering and tailoring if desired. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered(1-3cm difference is allowed), one can choose to make the adjustments at a local tailor, in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 30%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 30%, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 30% of the dress`s original cost.

2,Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit

a.Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

b.Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible

3.Return Process

a.Submit a return request to us within 3 days of your order. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from my shop.

b. Once our sellers has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.

c. Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.

1. To choose standard size, please kindly indicate the US, UK or Europe Size standard clearly.Pls refer to our size chart if no special requirements.
2. To make custom made size, if you do not know how to measure yourself exactly, please ask tailor to help you to measure it carefully. Measurements:bust, waist, hips, arm length, armhole(pls don’t too tight), hollow to floor(without shoes),height (without shoes), and shoes height.

3. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you see.
4. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility.
5. There will be US$30.0 extra cost for plus size or complicated changing design service on the model.
6. The offer is not including any accessories like veil, petticoat, gloves, etc without special notice, if you want buy some accessories, please kindly contact us when you place the order.
