Our wedding dresses prices are form 30USD to 200USD, we will declare the dress as gift and the value is 20USD to 150usd. Hope is can make u avoid tariff. But different countries have different standards, please try to learn your county’s policy about tariff buy buy goods from oversea.And please help clearance if need, thanks. As policy, clearance is buyer’s duty. We will see u agree this if buy our goods. Thanks.
About refund & dispute
1. As above words, we will make full refund for u if the goods does not delivery after shiped out 60 days ( Brazil is 90 days), so please don’t open dispute afer shiped out 1-40 days. Please pay attention of the goods, contact with us before open dispute, we will do our best to solve the problem.
2. For customized size, we will dont accept refund.

Ставлю 5 звёзд за старания продавца. Мы немного по спорили на старте покупке, но в итоге отправил и платье пришло быстро. К нужной дате все равно не успели, но старался!!! Брала 2 платья. Бежевое идеальное. Нет претензий вообще. К другому есть претензии по качеству. У данного платья остался вопрос со стиркой непонятный, пояс не убирается!!! С ним стирать рисковало, что будет желтить.

Ma commande à mis 7 jours à être préparée, ce que je ne savais pas avant. J’ai patienté plusieurs jours pour l’expédition. Au bout de quelques jours j’ai signalé le problème au vendeur. Je lui ai demandé les raisons. Je n’en n’ai eu aucune. Juste des réponses évasives, sans lien avec la question. Je lui ai dit que si au bout de 15 jours ma commande n’était pas expédiée, je souhaitais l’annuler. Je ne voulais pas prendre le risque qu’elle arrive trop tard pour le mariage de ma soeur. Sans compter qu’au bout de 15 jours, j’avais déjà reçu les 2 autres commandes faites ce jour là. Il n’a pas annulé ma commande comme demandé. Il a même prétendu faire un nouvel envoi alors que ce n’était pas le cas. J’ai donc ouvert un litige. Heureusement j’ai rapidement été remboursée. Je crains que ce vendeur soit malhonnête et de mauvaise foi car il n’a jamais expédié ma commande!
